Adin Kilim, born in 1999 in Basel-Stadt, Switzerland, is an entrepreneur with a remarkable journey. After completing a private education as a business clerk at Minerva Basel, he discovered his passion for entrepreneurship early on. During his training, Adin gained valuable experience by running several online shops to build his capital. Alongside, he worked as a pizza delivery driver and as a field agent for an insurance company.

His biggest breakthrough came in the luxury car rental industry. Initially, Adin faced the challenge of high costs and significant risks associated with purchasing luxury vehicles. To overcome this, he developed an innovative business model based on external capital and leased vehicles. Starting with just two cars, he systematically grew his business. Today, Adin's company, Edition Rent Basel, is the most successful luxury car rental service in Switzerland, with over 65 luxury vehicles in its fleet.

Although his goal was to open more rental locations, time constraints led him to create Grow Your Rental. This platform provides aspiring rental business owners with the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the industry—without the initial difficulties and financial risks Adin himself encountered.

By 2023, he had already helped more than 42 entrepreneurs in Switzerland start their own rental businesses. Adin Kilim’s mission is to expand his network globally and share his knowledge and experience in car rentals to help people worldwide. His focus is on enabling future entrepreneurs to enter the industry with less risk and greater success.
